The ingredients needed to make Gulab jamun(stuffed):
  1. You need 200 gm cottage cheese
  2. Take 100 gm milk powder
  3. Prepare 2 tsp refined flour
  4. Use 2 tsp corn flour
  5. Get 1/2 cup milk
  6. You need 500 gm sugar
  7. Provide 300 gm water
  8. Get 3 tbsp pistachios and cashew. Chopped
  9. Provide 1 tbsp milk made
  10. Prepare Pinch baking powder
  11. Use Pinch edible red colour
  12. Prepare 1/2 tbsp cardmom powder
  13. Use 500 gm ghee for frying
Steps to make Gulab jamun(stuffed):
  1. Take cottage cheese in a bowl and crumble it. Add refined flour, corn flour, milk powder, baking powder everything knead mix well.
  2. Keep kneading until the mixture gets really smooth and soft.
  3. For stuffing :- take a small bowl in a Chopped cashews and pistachios add 1 tsp milkmaid and 2 tsp panner, pinch of red food colour in the stuffing mixture. Mix well.
  4. For sugar syrup :- take a big pan 🍳 add sugar and water. Let it simmer untill the sugar dissolves. Completely.
  5. Check after 10 minutes syrup if it gooey and sticky. Take it off flame.
  6. Heat 500 gm ghee in a wok fry one jamun to check it. If doesn't splatter while frying. Take a small size lump from the dough and roll it into round or oval shape.
  7. Take one lump at a time. Flattern it with your fingers. Stuff it with very little filling. Close the stuffing from all sides and make a smooth dough ball using both plams.
  8. Please them on a plate.
  9. Drop these stuffed dough ball's in hot ghee and fry on medium heat. Frying till dark brown in colour. Drain out the gulab jamuns from ghee and drop them in sugar syrup.
  10. Soak the jamuns in syrup for 1-2. Hours. They will puff up and get sweeter.
