  1. Prepare 1 bowl Parboiled Long Grain Rice

  10. Prepare 2 tsp Ciba Biryani Masala
  11. Use 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  12. You need 1 tsp Garlic Paste
  13. Provide 1 tsp Ciba Hing
  14. Take 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  15. Use 1 tbsp Oil
  16. Prepare 1/2 cup Fresh Coriander
  17. Get 1 tbsp Fresh Mint
  18. Take Salt as per taste
Instructions to make Onion Rice:
  1. Mix Grated Onion with Ciba Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Ciba Hing, Ciba Biryani Masala, Turmeric, Ginger and Garlic Paste.
  2. Heat oil and saute Cumin Seeds and onion till it become golden brown. Take few slices out for garnishing.
  3. Now add green chilli and above mixture. And cook it so the raw flavour of onion should go and mixture starts leaving the sides. Add curd in it and mix it well.
  4. Add mushrooms and mint. And stir it till all water from mushrooms gets evaporated.
  5. Now add Rice, Tomato and Salt according to taste. And put a lid on. Cook it till rice gets completely cook.
  6. Once rice is done, garnish it with coriander, mint and fried onion. And serve it hot.
