The ingredients needed to make Quick Mushhy:
- Use 200 gm Button Mushrooms
- Prepare 1/2 tsp haldi powder
- Get 1/2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
- Use 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- You need 1/2 tsp tandoori masala
- Get 1 tbsp besan
- Use 2 tbsp curd whisked to smooth
- Take 2 tsp chopped coriander
- Prepare 1 tbsp oil
- Prepare to taste Salt
Steps to make Quick Mushhy:
- Rinse Drain and wipe mushrooms properly. Either half them, quarter them or slice them as you require.
- Heat oil and the mushrooms stir and saute till they are cooked. It takes few minutes.
- Make sure all sweated water from mushroom is dry and they become golden from sides
- Lower the flame now and add all the dry masala 1 by 1 red chilli powder, tandoori masala, turmeric powder, coriander powder and stir for 4- 5 mins
- Now add besan and saute well for 2 3 min remove from heat and add whisked curd
- Stir well and season with salt
- Keep the pan on stove and saute for 4 5 mins till all masala is dry and coated well to mushrooms
- Stir well and garnish with lemon wedges and coriander
