- Provide 2 tsp oil

- Get 200 grams jaggery
- Prepare 1/2 tsp garam masala powder

- We have taken 500 grams raw mango.let us peel them
- Now let us cut off the pulp from the mangoes
- Cut down these big chunks in to small pieces
- Peel and chop like wise
- Heat 2 tsp oil to the pan
- Oil is rightly hot add cumin seeds and Fenugreek seeds to the oil
- Add 1 tsp fennel seeds and saute the spices for a while
- Now add to turmeric powder saute a little and then add the chopped mango chunks.and mix well
- Now We will add 1 cup of water,3/4 tsp plain Salt. black Salt and red chilli powder and mix well
- Cover and cook for 5 minutes and check later
- We have taken 200 grams jaggery. crumble the jaggery in to the small chunks and add garam masala powder mix well
- Cook the chutney until jaggery melts completely. Chutney has turned thick and is now ready
