The ingredients needed to cook Honey Soy Baked Chicken:
- Take 3 tbsp olive oil
- Take 3 tbsp soy sauce
- You need 5 tbsp honey
- Provide 4 garlic cloves, minced or 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Get 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- Prepare 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- Get 3 lb chicken thighs

- Preheat oven to 425°F. Mix 1st 6 ingredients together in a bowl.
- Rinse chicken in water and paper towel pat dry. Place in bowl and coat chicken well with sauce or you can use as a marinate and put in fridge for a couple of hours.
