The ingredients needed to cook Mushroom masala:
- Take 250 gm button mushroom
- Get 2 onions roughly chopped
- Use 2 tomatoes roughly chopped
- Get 1 onion cut in square
- Take 1 bellpaper cut in square
- Prepare 2-3 long
- Take 1 small piece cinnamon
- You need 10-12 kaju
- Prepare 1 tsp whole coriander
- Take 5-6 black pepper corn
- You need 1 tsp adrak garlic paste
- You need 1 tsp jeera
- Use 1/2 tsp kashmiri mirch
- Prepare 1/4 tsp haldi
- Use 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Use 3 tbsp makhan
- Provide 2 tbsp coriander leaves
Instructions to make Mushroom masala:
- Heat a pan add 3 tsp makhan add coriander, black pepper saute it. Saute onions tomatoes, kaju, long till tomatoes are tender. cool down
- In same pan saute square cut onion, bellpaper along 1 tsp makhan. keep aside Take a kadai heat rest of makhan saute jeera, adrak garlic paste, add onion paste. Add haldi, kashmiri mirch, red chilli powder stir till oil is separated
- Add 1/2 glass of water and saute veggies and stir continuously. add chopped mushroom and coriander leaves
- Enjoy hot with any type of pranatha
