  1. Get 6 chicken drumsticks, bone-in and skin-on
  2. Get 3 thumb-sized pieces ginger, peeled, thinly sliced and crushed
  3. Provide 8 cloves garlic, crushed and thickly sliced
  4. Take 2 cups chicken stock
  5. Take 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  6. Take 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  7. Use 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar

  9. Provide 1 tbsp soy sauce
  10. You need 1 carrot, peeled and thinly sliced
