  1. Wash mushroom and cut.
  2. Add Little bit of salt,red chilli powder,turmeric,ginger garlic paste, lemon juice,rice powder,flour,cornflour to mushroom and marinate for30 minutes.
  3. Fry mushroom till golden brown. Keep aside.
  4. In another pan add oil and add garlic. After1minute add grated green chillies. Saute. Add tomato pieces. Cook1minute. Then add Little bit of water. Add coriander powder,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,garam masala powder.add hup cup water.let it boil
  5. Add sauces. Cook for2to3 minutes.add mushroom. Add salt and black pepper powder.
  6. Saute till water evaporate. Then add coriander leaves.
