  1. First step mixed the maida, suji, water, salt and baking powder in bowl. Make a dough.
  2. Cover the dough and leave to sit at room temperature for 15 minutes.
  3. After 15 min. Now take some dough. Roll it and make a big chapati.cut into a round shape with help of small bowl & lid. Fry them, puri is ready.
  4. To make the sweet chutney jaggery, dry mango powder,water are mixed together and cooked till they thicken. Finally sweet chutney is ready.
  5. For filling boil potatoes chopped and mix green chilli, salt,coriander.
  6. Mix Curd, black salt, coriander,green chilli.
  7. For masala mix all ingredients.
  8. For pani mix all ingredients in mixer.Make chutney.then add it in water,add salt if required, add coriander, and add boondi (optional). Pani is ready.
  9. Now Pani puri is ready for serve.
