  1. Use 1.5 cup Makhana/Foxnut
  2. You need 1/8 cup Peanuts
  3. Use 1/4 cup Tomatoes (chopped)

  5. Take 1/2 Green Chilli (chopped)
  6. Provide 1 tbsp Raw Mango (chopped)
  7. Get 3 tbsp Pomegranate seeds
  8. Prepare 1 tbsp Coriander chutney
  9. Get 2 tbs Tamarind jaggery chutney
  10. Take 1/4 tsp Black Salt
  11. Prepare 1/8 tsp Red chilli powder
  12. Provide 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala

  1. Dry roast peanuts on high heat for 4-5 minutes or until it get black patches.
  2. Peel the skin from peanuts, once it cools down.
  3. Dry roast foxnut on low medium heat for 8-10 minutes or until it turns crisp/crunchy.
  4. In a bowl roasted Foxnuts, peeled peanuts, chopped tomatoes, chopped onions, chopped raw mango, chopped green chilli, pomegranate seeds, both chutney, Black salt, chaat masala and red chilli powder.
  5. Mix well and check the taste. If any spice is required add it.
  6. Add chopped coriander leaves over it. Transfer to the serving bowl & top with few coriander leaves.
