  1. In any tawa roast tomato and capsicum with half spoon butter. Then roast paneer and mushrooms.
  2. Mix all ingredients step wise:- In bowl add curd, besan, red chilli, haldi, salt, zeera powder, garam masala, ginger paste, mustard oil, butter mix well add 2spn of water if required then add roasted tomatoes & Capsicum. Then add paneer and mushrooms.
