Instructions to make Gupchup:
- Method for Tikka pani - Take mint leaves,green chilli,ginger and garlic in a blender - Add little water to it. - And make a fine paste of it. - Now a vessel out this paste in it. - Add 2 glass of water and above mention ingredients in it. - Mix it well. - And for garnishing add bundi in it. - Our tikka pani is ready.
- Take a vessel and add kajur, tamarind and jaggery to it. - On the gas and let it boil for 30 minutes. - Off the gas and cool it down for 10 min. - Blend it with mixy. - And then sieve it. - Add tel to it and mix it well. - Garnish with coriander. - Our meetha chutney is ready.
- 🔹Method for Stuffing - Boiled potatoes for 5 whistle. - Cool it down and peel it. - Make small pieces of it. - Add mint chutney salt,salt and chat masala and mix it well. - Add boiled horse gram to it and again mix it. - Our potato stuffing is ready now.
