  1. For making tamarind chutney : In a bowl add tamarind and jaggery soak in water for about 1 to 11/2 hour. Then take a pan add 1 teaspoon oil, as it heats, add jeera,asafoetida,redchilly. Then add grinded pulp.Add salt. Keep it on low heat.
