  2. Take a pan (traditional cheena chatti is best) and heat it well.

  4. Add dried red chilies and when it puffs up add curry leaves and sauté for 15 seconds. Add slit green chilies – sauté for 5 seconds. Add ginger and garlic paste – sauté for 5 seconds Add sliced onions and dry coconut. Sauté till the onions become golden brown.
  5. Add salt, pepper powder, garam masala powder and red chili powder. Mix well and sauté for a few more minutes.
  6. Add cooked beef and mix well Cook covered for 5-10 minutes on low fire.
