The ingredients needed to prepare Gaajar halwa:
  1. You need 1 kg carrots
  2. Provide 200 gm sugar
  3. Provide 1/4 tsp elaichi powder
  4. Take 100 gm melted desi ghee

  1. Wash and peel the carrots. Grate them using a grater.
