The ingredients needed to make Veggie 'And' Fruit Porridge:
  1. Provide 2 tbsp boiled corn
  2. Take 2 tbsp boiled sweet potato
  3. Get 2 tbsp boiled fresh peas
  4. You need 2 tbsp boiled cauliflower
  5. You need 3-4 tbsp homemade ghee
  6. Take 1/2 cup chopped papaya
  7. Get 1 cup milk
  8. Provide 1 cup sugar
  9. You need 1 tbsp white chocolate
  10. You need 1 tbsp pomegranates
Instructions to make Veggie 'And' Fruit Porridge:
  1. Add 2 tbsp boiled corn to a mixer and blend coarsely.
  2. Mash 2 tbsp boiled sweet potato and 2 tbsp boiled cauliflower together. Mash 2 tbsp boiled fresh peas.
  3. Heat 1 tbsp homemade ghee in a pan. Add the sweet potato and cauliflower paste. Roast nicely. Once done remove from the pan.
  4. Heat 1 tbsp ghee in the same pan. Add the blended corn and roast. Similarly roast the mashed green peas as well. Once done remove from the pan.
  5. Heat up a pan. Add the roasted green peas, corn, sweet potato & cauliflower mixture. Mix well.
  6. Add 1/2 cup chopped papaya. Mix well.
  7. Add 1 cup milk, 1 cup sugar, 1 tbsp white chocolate and mix. Let it come to a boil. Add 1 tbsp pomegranates and mix well. Remove from gas, garnish and serve.
