- Use 2 cups brown beans
- Use 2 cup medium size sweet potato
- You need 1/4 cup onion (Chopped)
- You need 1 bulb large onion
- Use 2 pepper diced
- You need 1/4 cup palm oil
- Prepare 2 cubes Knorr
- Provide Salt (to taste)
- Use 1 cup shredded Smoked fish
- Take 1 tbs blended crayfish2cups brown beans
- Provide 2 cup medium size sweet potato
- Take 1/4 cup onion (Chopped)
- You need 1 bulb large onion
- Provide 2 pepper diced
- Get 1/4 cup palm oil
- Provide 2 cubes knorr
- Provide Salt (to taste)
- Use 1 cup shredded Smoked fish
- Get 1 tbs blended crayfish
Instructions to make Beans and Sweet Potato Porridge:
- Put beans on fire allow it cook till its almost soft, add diced potatoes. Cook till it soft set aside.
- Add the palm oil to a large pot, set on medium heat. Cover and bleach for 2-3 minutes, add in the chopped onion, saute for 2 minutes, add in the blended pepper. Cover and leave to cook for 5 minutes and stir occasionally
- Add in the salt, knorr, smoked fish, crayfish, and then pour the cooked beans and sweet potato stir properly. Cover and leave to cook on medium heat for 7-10 minutes
- Stir, taste and adjust for seasoning. Cover and cook for another 3mins and turn off heat.
