- Get 250 gm fresh bhindi,cut into 1 inch pcs,
- Take 4 tbsp mustard oil
- Get 1/2 teaspoon haldi powder
- Use 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- Take 1 tbsp coriander powder
- Prepare To taste salt
- Prepare 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- Get 7-8 cashew soaked in warm water
- Prepare 1 tbsp curd

Instructions to make Masala bhindi:
- Take oil in a wok, heat it,add bhindi,fry it till light brown do not over cook it, keep aside.
- Add haldi, dhania and red chilli powder stir fry it for a while.
- Add tomato kaju puree and salt,stir fry it for a while.
- Now, add garam masala and dahi,mix well.
- Now bhindi stir in nicely, lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it till done, do not stir in between.
- Open the lid now, add ghee, increase the flame just give a gentle stir for a minute.
- Switch off the flame now,take out in a serving dish.
- Serve it with roti or paratha.
