The ingredients needed to make Shahi bhindi:
- Get 250 gms bhindi(ladyfinger)
- Take 2 Onion medium
- Get 1 tsp Grated ginger
- Get 2 Tomatoes medium
- Get 3 tbsp Oil

Steps to make Shahi bhindi:
- Cut the bhindi 1" long, then finely cut onion and tomato
- In a hot pan put 2 tbsp of oil and fry the bhindi and keep aside
- In the same pan put 1 tbsp of oil add onion, grated ginger saute it well then add tomato and add all dry masala powders, salt saute it well until the oil release from it
- Then add fried bhindi to the masala saute it well, then add a glass of water and allow it to boil
- After it boils add coconut milk and switch off the flame. Garnish it with coriander leaves
- Serve it with chapati, paratha
