- Get 50 gms Small size Tamarind
- You need 100 gms Garlic
- Take 20 pieces small onion
- Prepare As per taste Chilli Powder
- You need 2 tsp Coriander powder
- Use 1 tsp turmeric powder

- Pour 4 tablespoons of Oil in Vessel. Once Oil hot, add Fenugreek seeds, curry leaves, mustard seeds and fry. Add small Onion till Onion turns light brown. Then add garlic in this mixture and stir little.
- Then, add pinch turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder and stir and mix it well. Do this in high flame.
