- You need 1/2 kg bhindi(ladyfinger)
- Take 2 thin sliced onions
- Provide 1 tbsp mustard oil
- Provide to taste salt
- Provide 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- You need 2 tsp turmeric powder
- Provide 1 tsp coriander powder
- Provide 1/4 tsp garam masala

- Wash & cut the bhindi in small round shape.
- Heat mustard oil in karahi & when aroma smells away, add onions.
