  1. Get 1 cup govindo bhog rice
  2. Use 2 cardamon
  3. Prepare 10 cashew
  4. Take 10 raisin
  5. Use 3 cloves

  1. Wash the rice and soak in enough water for 30min.
  2. After 30min drain the water and keep the rice aside.
  3. Take a pan and add some ghee and fry the cashew and raisin for sometimes until golden brown.
  4. Then add cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaf, cloves aandolan fry for few minutes, add the rice to it and fry it.
  5. Now add 2cup water, sugar, salt, yellow food colour and cook it in a low heat.
  6. Cook till the water is absorbed and the rice is cooked. Don't stir it.
  7. Switch of the gas. Let it cool down for some time. Then gently flip it. Garnish with pistachio and nuts
