- 1 big handi spoon oil or dalein. Phir 9 pieces chicken dal kar fry kar lein. Hlka sa colour a Jaye to 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste dal kar bhoun lein
- Phir 5 medioum tomatos dal kar mix karein.
- 1 tbsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tbsp salt, 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder, 1 tsp khushk dhania, 1 tsp Garam masala dal kar mix karein anch
- Achi trah bhoun lein. Anch slow rakhein. Phir half cup pani dal kar mix karein or slow flame par itna cook karein ke oil alg nzr any lgy or chicken ki boti b gal Jaye.
- 5 medioum onion dal kar mix karein. 5mint dum mein cook karein ke onion thora gal Jaye
- 5 mint dum ke baad fry bhindhi dal kar mix karein 8 mint dum mein cook karein.
