  1. Karahi main 1/2 cup oil daal Kar Garam karle phir is main onions, garlic dal Kar tab take pakaye jab take light brown naw ho Jaye.
  2. Phir is main tomatoes, green chilli or ginger dal Kar 8,10 min. take pakaye.
  3. Phir is main sary masala jaat dal ke achi tarha hilaye 5 minutes take.
  4. Phir is main bhindi dal kar 2,3 minutes take bhuny or phir 20 to 25 minutes take dum main rakh de.
