- Provide 500 gram mutton
- Take 4 Potatoes peeled and cut into halves
- Get 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- Provide 1 tsp ginger paste

- Get 1 cup whole garam masalas

- Rest it for 1-2 hrs
- Now heat a pan add oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and red chilli along with whole garam masalas
- Add chopped onion and saute well
- Add ginger garlic paste and saute well till the raw smell disappears
- Add Cumin,coriander and red chilli powder and saute
- Add the marinated mutton and potatoes and saute
- Cover it and keep stiring in between
- Add warm water into it and cover till it becomes tender
- Add sugar and garam masala powder
- Add ghee and switch off the flame
- Serve it with rice or chapati
