  1. Prepare 250 gm gobindobhog rice

  2. Now heat ghee in a pan and add cardamom, cinnamon,cloves and bay leaves. After 1 minute add ginger and fry it for 1 min. Then add the cashew nuts, raisins and gobindobhog rice. Now fry it in medium flame for 5 minit.
  3. After 5 minit add hot water and mix it well. Now add salt,sugar and garam masala powder and bowl it until the rice is cooked well.
