- Take 1 tuber of yam
- Prepare Egg
- Take Onions
- Provide Pepper
- Take Oil/palm oil

- Firstly i cut my yam to preferrable sizes,i then put them into a pot for boiling process,after like 30mins u put down(without letting the yam become very soft as it might be breaking when you come to fry it)
- You then break your eggs into a bowl(i used 8 eggs due to the quantity of my yam)you put in the pepper u have grinded and some spices into the egg,you then gently whisk it,after that you get your frying pan,then place it on the fire and put in some quantity of oil which might not be too much,you then dip your yam into the egg and then into the oil,you do the same process for all the remaining yams!
- So finally we're going to make the sauce,and what makes it your oil,chopped onion,grinded pepper,2 eggs(but whisked),spices.. Firstly you place your little pot on the fire,then put in some little groundnut oil or palm oil,next you put in your onions,make sure they fry to the way of ur satisfaction(but they shouldn't be that brown)then you put your grinded pepper and let it also fry(you know when a pepper is frying it gives out an aroma)but you wouldn't take ur hands off so u keep stirring
- Then last but not the least,you put in your spices,like the salts,curry,maggi,onga and so on,depends on the quantity of ur sauce,so after you're done with them you finally take your whisked egg and put it into the pot and continue stirring it so as not to let it come together (or else u end up frying an omelette)so when ur its done u put it down..you then serve it with the yam and yummy its ready to go into that belly!
