The ingredients needed to prepare Yam Pulao:
- Prepare 200 gm yum
- Prepare 1 cup basmati rice
- You need 2 cup water
- Get 1 lemon
- You need 3 spoon desi ghee
- Provide 2 bay leaf

- Provide 2 green cardamon
- Prepare 3 green chillies

Steps to make Yam Pulao:
- Cut the yum into small pieces. Then dip into leamon juice over night.
- Next day wash it nicely until it removes the stickyness from yum. Then in a pan add ghee, and fry the yum with salt and pinch of turmeric. Then keep it side.
- Soaked the basmati rice and dry fruits for half an hour. Sort other ingredients. Chopped onions and ginger(optional) keep it ready.
- Now in the same pan add ghee. Then add bayleaf, cuming seeds, chopped onions & ginger, chillis, cardamom, cloves, dryfruits, salt and sugar. Mix well and cook it for 5 minutes.
- Now add rice into the pan. Mix all. Then add fried yum.
- Then mix rice and yum gently. Then add water. Mix well. Now cover the pan with lids and cooked it for 20 minutes in a low flame.
- In middle remove the lid and mix again gently. Check the salt. If required add more. Once yum is cooked properly and rice boil, then remove it from the flame. Serve hot.
