  1. Heat oil in a pan. Crackle jeera and then add asafoetida. Add ginger garlic green chillies paste. Fry for a minute.
  2. Add onions, green pepper, peas and salt. Saute till onions are translucent. Then add tomatoes along with all the powder spices. Combine everything well and cook till oil oozes. Add rice. Mix well.
  3. Add paubhaji and coriander leaves.
