- Provide 4 tbsp Fresh Grated coconut
- Use 2 tbsp Mawa
- Take 4 tbsp cashew nut paste (made from 10 raw cashew nut and 1/4bowl cow milk)
- Provide 8-10 tbsp Sugar free Powder
- Prepare 1 tbsp cardamom powder
- Prepare 1 tbsp Ghee
- Get Some chopped raisins, dry grated Coconut some almonds, pomegranate grains, chopped Pistachios

- Put a non stick pan over the gas, heat it and add a spoonful of ghee.
- Once Ghee becomes warm, add fresh grated coconut.And fry it on a low flame.
- Roast coconut lightly and put mawa in it and fry it well on low flame
- After this add cashew nut paste and mix it well with spoon
- After this add cardamom powder one tbsp and add 8 to 10 teaspoons (use Sugar free spoon) of sugar free powder.And mix it well with a spoon.
- Fry it well on slow film until it leaves ghee.
- Once frying well, take it out in a plate.
- Now prepare the staffing of Modak. Take some Mawa in a bowl. Add chopped raisins and cardamom powder and 2 tbsp Sugar free Powder.
- Make a small ball with a mixture of Mawa.
- Take a polythene on rolling board and apply a little beat of ghee on polythene. - Keep Mawa's ball on it.Cover it with polythene. And give it a round shape with the help of rolling pin.
- Cut it into a round shape with the help of a bowl
- Now fill the staffing inside and with the help of hand give it the shape of a modak.
- Now our modak is ready, keep it in a plate and garnish with the pomegranate grain, dry grated Coconut and dry fruits.
