  2. Use 3 cups water
  3. Prepare As needed Chopped vegetables of choice cauliflower potato onion beans

  7. Provide 2 teaspoons Ghee for garnish

  2. Take a pan add oil and heat it and than add chopped and washed vegetables

  4. Now add dry fruits
  5. Stri and cook for another 5mins on low medium flame
  6. Now add spices like salt/black pepper/chili/ garam masala and all. If you want yellow color you can add turmeric.
  7. Add lil water like 1/4cup of water stir vegetables and cover for 10 mins to raw cooked
  8. Now add washed rice
  9. Mix well and add rest amount of water and cover with lid to cook
  10. Vegetables pulao on its way
  11. Serve with curd or garnish with ghee
