- Provide 2 cup Soaked rice
- Get 1 cup Soya bean

- Soak the rice for min 30 minutes to 2 hours in hot water, also. Soak the soya bean in little hot water for 10 15 minutes.
- Take ghee in pressure cooker or deep container, add jeera. Now take 2 onion chopped in large slices saute them untill are slices are separated.
- Add slit green chilli also add peas and squeezed soya bean fry them for 5 minutes, add soaked rice with water, at last add all mentioned spice. Mix them together.
- Till first boil, high the flame after that low the flame and cook. Untill all water evaporate. Avoid mixing rice time to time after first boil. It lead to break down of rice.
- After all. Water evaporate cover with lid for next 5 10 minutes to soak extra steam or water. Serve with anything anytime
