  1. Provide 1 cup moong daal (washed and dried)
  2. You need 1/4 cup ghee
  3. Get 1 cup sugar powder or as per sweetness

  1. Add moong daal in mixer jar and grind to make powder.
  2. In a pan dry roast the dal for 4 -5 minutes or till it changes it's colour,on low flame.
  3. After that add milk..+saffron milk stir quickly add ghee stir well add mawa, cardamom powder and sugar mix and.Stir continuously till well combined.Cook for a minute and switch off the flame.
  4. Let the mixture cool completely.
  5. Fill the mixture in modak mould and prepare all modak.
