The ingredients needed to make Chicken Pulao:
- Get 1 1/2 kg Chicken
- You need 1 kg Basmati Rice
- Take 1/2 cup Oil
- Get 1 medium onion sliced
- You need 1 tbls ginger paste
- Prepare 1 tbls garlic paste
- Use 2-3 green chillies
- Prepare 1 tesp whole black pepper

- Provide 2 tesp red chilli powder

- Take 2 tesp cumin seeds

Instructions to make Chicken Pulao:
- Fry onions into oil and turn its colour into brown. Add cumin seeds, cinnamon sticks, black cardamoms, cloves and cook it.
- Crush the ginger garlic with green chillies and black whole pepper with salt. Put this into chicken and cook well the chicken.
- When chicken turn into brown colour add water in it according to rice. Let it simmer. Then add soaked rice in it and cook.
- Give dum when water evaporates from rice and chicken and little bit remains add garam Masala.
- Serve Chicken pulao with Raita and Salad.
