- Take 250 gms Khoy/ Mawa
- You need 5 tsp Powder sugar

- Take 1 cup Mango pulp

- Take a pan add ghee and heat.
- Put Mawa and sugar stir continuously for 5-7mins
- Mawa must get dry and sticky in pan means it's ready almost.

- Add cardamom powder also.Mix well and turn off the heat.
- Cool the above mixture.
