The ingredients needed to prepare Soya chunk pulao:
- Provide 250 gm Rice
- Provide 100 gm Soya chunks
- Provide 1big Diced potatoes
- You need 2 big Chopped onions
- Take 1 spoon Salt

- Take 1/3 spoon Turmeric

Steps to make Soya chunk pulao:
- Soak the rice in water for 1 hr. Take a vessel and put oil in it and warm it.
- Add cumin seeds, cardamom, cloves and dalchini in it and saute. Add onions in it.
- Saute the onions till light golden and then add soya chunks and potatoes and saute. Add salt, chilli powder and turmeric.
- Mix well and add rice in it. Again mix well.
- Roast the rice for 2 minutes, add green chillies, Maggi masala. Mix well.
- Add water, again mix and close the vessel. Cook the rice on medium flame till 3 whistles.
- After 10 minutes, open the vessel and serve the pulao.
