- Take rice in a bowl, soaked them for at least 30 minutes and washed them.
- Now take oil in a pressure cooker, add bay leaf, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, cumin seeds and sauté till turns aromatic. Now add sliced onion and sauté well until they become soft. Now add ginger garlic paste and sauté well.
