- Make a paste of coconut and green chillies.

- Add microwaved vegetables, prepared coconut and chilli paste, beaten curd and salt and pepper.microwave (covered) at 60 % power for 6 mins.
- In another microwave safe bowl microwave oil at 100 % power for 30 secs. Add mustard seeds, dry red chillies and curry leaves.microwave at 100 % power for 2 mins.
