- Prepare 2 Cups Boiled Rice with Peas
- Prepare 2 Bay leaves

Instructions to make Vegetable Pulao:
- In a pan, heat oil and butter. Add bay leaves. Add garlic and saute for half a minute.
- Now add chopped onions, carrot and grated ginger and let it saute for a minute.
- Add green chillies, capsicum and tomatoes. Cook it for half a minute.
- Now add all the masalas along with salt and lemon juice and mix it well.
- Add cooked rice with peas and give it a good mix. Rice should not be overcooked.
