- Get 1/2 cup Black chana soaked and boiled
- Take 1 Boiled potato small
- Take 1/2 cup Paneer grated
- Get 1/4 tsp Jeera
- Get 1/2 tsp Ginger grated
- Use 1 tsp Green chillies chopped
- Prepare 1 heaped tsp Dhaniya powder
- Prepare 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
- Get 1/2 tsp Garam masala
- Provide 1/4 tsp Amchur powder

- Prepare to taste Salt
- Use as needed Oil for frying

- In a pan heat 1 tsp oil. When hot add jeera, then green chilles and ginger saute for a minute
- Now add dhaniya powder and boiled chana to it and saute
- Now add chilli powder garam masala powder and amchur powder and saute well. Add salt and when the mix is dry take it out from flame and let it cool
- Grate tbe potato and paneer
- Grind the chana mixture
- To this muxture add tbe grated paneer and potato.
- Mix well and add Chopped hara dhaniaya. Mix well and add salt if needed.
- Now make tikkis and roll it over bread crumbs.
- Shallow fry them in a non stick pan till golden brown on both sides
