The ingredients needed to cook Tawa pulao:
  1. Prepare As required Ghee
  2. Use 4 cloves
  3. Get 1 Cardamon
  4. Provide 2 cinnamon sticks
  5. Prepare 1 tej patta
  6. Provide 1/2 tbsp jeera
  7. Take 1 carrot
  8. Provide As required French beans
  9. Take As required Cauliflower
  10. Prepare as required Salt
  11. Prepare As requried Cooked rice
  12. Take 2 tbsp Pav bhaji masala
  13. You need 1 garam masala
  14. Get 1/2 tbsp haldi
  15. Take 1/4 tbsp red chilli powder
Instructions to make Tawa pulao:
  1. Dice all vegetables nicely (cauliflower, carrot, French beans). Then take a pan add 2 tbsp ghee and let it heat.
  2. Then add cloves, cinnamon, cardamon and tej patta saute it and add 1/2 tbsp jeera let it turn into little crisp golden then add all diced vegetables and saute it and cover with a lid for a minute.
  3. Then add a little salt and saute it and again cover with the lid for 2 mins and add 1/2 tbsp haldi and 1/4 tbsp chilli powder.
  4. And saute it nicely and again cover with lid and let the vegetables cook only 70% because vegetables should be crispy.
  5. After that add 2 tbsp pav bhaji masala, 1 tbsp garam masala and half scoop dhaniya jeera powder and mix it well.
  6. Mix it well then add little water and saute it and cover with lid for a minute and add cooked rice as per your quantity and add salt as per taste and mix it well.
  7. And cover for a minute on slow flame and open and again mix it well then add coriander if you want and it ready to serve.
