  23. Get 1 bowl mixed veg (ivy gourd, capsicum, green peas, onion, carrot)

  36. You need as required Water to cook rice
  37. Get 1/8 tsp crushed ginger
  38. You need for tomato rice-
  39. Get 1 tsp oil
  40. Use 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  41. Use few curry leaves
  42. Use 1 tbsp washed urad and chana dal
  43. Take 1 chopped onion
  44. Prepare 1 chopped tomato
  45. Prepare 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  46. You need 1 tsp red chilli powder
  47. Prepare 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  48. Get as per taste Salt
  49. Use 1 bowl washed rice
  50. Get as required Water to cook rice
Steps to make 2 states delight:
  1. Marinade all the above ingredients with paneer add oil on a pan and grill till golden.
  2. Marinade all the above ingredients with elephant foot, coat with rice flour, put oil on tawa and grill till cooked and crisp.
  3. Heat a pan add oil fry crushed garlic, add in veggies saute it by adding salt and soya sauce. Do not over cook.
  4. Heat oil, temper with mustard seeds and curry leaves, add in washed dal and crushed ginger, saute for a while, add turmeric powder and salt, now add water lemon juice and washed rice and take 3 whistles.
  5. Heat oil, temper with mustard seeds and curry leaves, add in washed dal and ginger garlic paste, saute for a while, add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt, now add onion and tomato and cook well till you get a nice gravy now add washed rice and take 3 whistles.
  6. For plating, brush some homemade tomato chuttney, place salad if you want, I've made carrot and cucumber rose and plate it as per your choice, and serve hot.
