- Use 50 gms elephant foot
- Provide 1/2 tsp kokam juice
- Get 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

- Take 1/4 tsp garam masala
- Prepare 1/4 tsp ginger garlic paste
- Take as per taste Salt
- Take 1 tbsp rice flour
- Prepare For Stir fry veggies-
- Get 1 bowl mixed veg (ivy gourd, capsicum, green peas, onion, carrot)
- Take 1/2 tsp soya sauce
- Use as per taste Salt
- Take 1/2 tsp oil
- Take 2-3 finely chopped garlic
- Take For lemon rice-
- Use 1/2 bowl washed rice
- Take 1 tsp lemon juice
- Provide 1 tbsp washed urad and chanadal
- You need Few Curry leaves
- Take 1 tsp oil
- Use 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Prepare as per taste Salt
- You need as required Water to cook rice
- Get 1/8 tsp crushed ginger
- You need for tomato rice-
- Get 1 tsp oil
- Use 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- Use few curry leaves
- Use 1 tbsp washed urad and chana dal
- Take 1 chopped onion
- Prepare 1 chopped tomato
- Prepare 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- You need 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Prepare 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- Get as per taste Salt
- Use 1 bowl washed rice
- Get as required Water to cook rice
Steps to make 2 states delight:
- Marinade all the above ingredients with paneer add oil on a pan and grill till golden.
- Marinade all the above ingredients with elephant foot, coat with rice flour, put oil on tawa and grill till cooked and crisp.
- Heat a pan add oil fry crushed garlic, add in veggies saute it by adding salt and soya sauce. Do not over cook.
- Heat oil, temper with mustard seeds and curry leaves, add in washed dal and crushed ginger, saute for a while, add turmeric powder and salt, now add water lemon juice and washed rice and take 3 whistles.
- Heat oil, temper with mustard seeds and curry leaves, add in washed dal and ginger garlic paste, saute for a while, add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt, now add onion and tomato and cook well till you get a nice gravy now add washed rice and take 3 whistles.
- For plating, brush some homemade tomato chuttney, place salad if you want, I've made carrot and cucumber rose and plate it as per your choice, and serve hot.
