The ingredients needed to make White Pulao:
- Use 1 kg boiled rice
- Take 2 Medium Sized Crushed Carrots
- You need 5-6 Green Chillies
- You need 2 Cups Yogurt
- Use 1 Kg Chicken

- Use 1 & 1/2 Tsp Grinded Black Pepper
- Take Red Chilli For Garnishing

Steps to make White Pulao:
- Add Cooking oil to pan. Add cardamom, black pepper and cinnamon stick to it. Saute them for a few seconds.
- Add chicken to the pan. Fry it until white. When white, add yogurt to it. Cover the pan and let the chicken cook in it.
- After that, mix well. Add boiled rice to the pan.
- Top the boiled rice with crushed carrot and green chillies. Add salt and black pepper on top.
- Cook it on DUM. When you open the dum after 4-5 min, mix the rice well. Top it with dry red chilli.
- Serve this amazing pulao with salad.
