Steps to make Thali:
  1. #thali - #black Chanas - #paneer bhurji with matar - #chapatties - #atta suji halwa - #fruits - #carrot cucumber salad - #peanuts with jagged - #sago papads - #homemade sweet amla - #black chanas- - Boil Chanas with pinch of salt,oil and baking soda. - Now heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds-1teaspoon,pinch of hing and pinch of ajwain and saute them. - Now add chopped ginger and garlic-1tbsp and saute them. - Now add chopped onions-2and saute them. - Now add chopped tomatoes-2and saute them.
  2. Now add turmeric powder-1teaspoon,black pepper powder-1teaspoon,coriander powder-1tbsp and salt as per taste and mix well. - Now add now add  boiled chanas with water and cook and let them mix well on sim till they get thick and soft.
  3. #paneer bhurji- - Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds-1/2teaspoon and saute it. - Now add chopped ginger and garlic-1/2teaspoon and saute them. - Now add chopped onions-2 and saute them. - Now add chopped tomatoes-2 and saute them. - Now add turmeric powder-1/2teaspoon,black pepper powder-1/2teaspoon,coriander powder-1teaspoon and salt as per taste and mix well.
  4. Now add boiled green peas -1small katori and mix well. - Now add mashed paneer -1big katori and mix well on sim.
  5. #atta suji halwa- - Melt ghee-1katori and add cardemom seeds-2 and saute them. - Now add atta-1/2katori and suji-1/2katori and roast them on sim till they give fragrance and change their colour. - Now add melon seeds and mix them. - Now add water with dissolved sugar-about 1katori or as per taste my twist this time add lt it cook on sm till the whole water is absorbed add it beomomes thick and gooey.
  6. #atta suji halwa- - Melt ghee-1katori and add cardemom seeds-2 and saute them. - Now add atta-1/2katori and suji-1/2katori and roast them on sim till they give fragrance and change their colour. - Now add melon seeds and mix them.<br> - Now add water with dissolved sugar-about 1katori or as per taste my twist this time add lt it cook on sm till the whole water is absorbed add it beomomes thick and gooey.
