- You need 1 kg , rice
- Prepare 2 _1/2kg , beef(2kg bonless, 1/2kg bones)
- Get 2 kg ,beef stock (or 6 glass)

- Use 1 tbsp , red chilli powder
- Take 1 tbsp , garam masala powder
- Provide 250 grm , oil
- Prepare 30 grm , tamarind

- Take 1 tbsp , ginger garlic paste

- Get 5-6 ,tomatoes

- Beef pulao
- Take a pot and put over medium flame then add oil. Once the oil heat enough add sliced onion and stir it. Cook until onion turns into golden color.
- Then add sliced tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes on medium heat.
- Now add garam masala powder, red chilli powder, salt and tamarind, ginger garlic and chili paste and cook for few seconds.
- Then add tendered beef and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Now add beef stock and cook on high heat until boiling.
- Once, its boiling, add soaked rice, cover with led and simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes. Then cook on very low heat for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Beef Pulao is ready. Serve with salad and raita.
