  1. Use 3big cups boiled rice
  2. Get 2 medium onions chopped
  3. Prepare 2 medium capsicum chopped
  4. Take 5 medium tomatoes in puree(raw)
  5. You need 1/4 cup green peas
  6. Get 2 medium potatoes diced
  7. Use 2 tbsp pav Bhaji masala
  8. Prepare 2 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  9. Use 1 tbsp regular red chilli powder

  11. Prepare 2 tbsp oil

  13. Take 1 tsp cumin powder

Steps to make Tawa pulao:
  1. In a kadhai take oil & butter, switch on the gas & once butter melts add potatoes &onions and cook them for 7-10 minutes minutes on medium flame.
  2. Then add capsicum & green peas and again cook the veggies for another 5-7 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile boil the rice & keep ready, add 1/4tsp of turmeric while boiling rice.
  4. Now add garlic paste & salt to the veggies and cook them for another 2 minutes.
  5. Then add red chilli powder, pav Bhaji masala, Kashmiri red chilli powder and mix well cook this for 5 minutes.
  6. Then add the tomato puree and mix well cook everything well for 10-12 minutes till oil releases.
  7. Then add salt, jeera powder & mix well then add boiled rice and mix well. Then add coriander mix well.
  8. Cook the rice for another 8-10 minutes on low flame and make sure everything is well incorporated. Serve the pulao hot with some curd/red chutney
