- Heat a pan add ghee and milk mix it.
- Add milk powder mix well after 5 min add sugar power mix it.
- Add coconut powder and condensed milk mix continuously until batter (ghee na chora)
- Add mix dry fruits power in the coconut paste.
- Mix the DOUGH and Divide in 3 part.
- Add pan paste in one portion for green col. Add rose paste in another portion for rose. Last portion add kesar milk for yellow color.
- Take a paper glass pour all 3 part paste in glass add filling in center part cover it well.
- Ready Rose pan modak.
