- Add gobhi gajar aloo & nutri chunks fry proper now add salt mirchi garammasala & other sabut masala
- We roast it very well until veģe absorbe masala at last add curd & leave it for 5 min
- Cover it with lid now we add soaked rice & water. If we took 1 cup rice then we should take 1 and half cup water
- Pan Cover with lid on mid flame check it time to time if required flame can be high
