The ingredients needed to make Tri colour modak:
- Prepare 2 cups Fresh coconut
- Prepare 1 Cup Jaggery
- Use 1 tsp Kaskas/
- Provide 2 tbsp Cardamom seeds

- Get 1-2 pinch saffron colour
- Get 1-2 pinch Green colour

- Take a pan heat it & add fresh coconut, jaggery, kaskas mix and upto jaggery gets melt & consistent of coconut get thik. Upto that hand should not leave should route continues otherwise it will burn. After finishing up add cordamum powder mix it well and cool down.
- Take a pan add water, milk, Salt,ghee mix and boil it for 1boil after that add rice flour mix it well upto well cooked and with out living hand and rice flour should not get lamps. After cooked turn off stove close the plate on pan of cooked rice flour.
- After cool down off dough make it soft dough and make it three parts and saffron in 1 part & green colour in another part. White part will be white part. Next a peda of dough and make add each colour one another make like Puri.
- Next take a Puri & add staffing to dough close it properly and take a container add water to it and boil it for 10min & keep another container apply ghee on it keep uncooked modak & give finally steam upto 10-15min. Serve it after cool down.
