- Take 1 kg rice
- Prepare 1 cup oil
- Take 2 tbs red chilli
- Use 4 green chilli chopped

- Soaked benngal gram in normal water for 3 hour or boil.
- Soaked rice for 30 minute.
- Cut onion into normal size.take a pan then add onion untill brown in colour.
- Add ginger garlic paste and chpped green chilli.and tomato and cook.over low flame for 5 minute add salt masla powde.green chilli powder and cumin and mix well.cook fr 5 minute.
- Add bengal gram or daal chnna and add water then cook over high flame until water boiled.
- Add rice cook for 10 to15 minute.
